TrueProxies strives to provide reliable, high-quality proxy services. If you're not satisfied, this policy explains when and how refunds are available.
Free Trial
We offer a free trial on all proxy products — no credit card required. We strongly recommend testing the Services on your actual targets during the trial period before purchasing a paid plan.
Hourly and Daily Plans
Hourly and daily plans are non-refundable. These short-duration plans exist specifically for evaluation and testing at minimal cost.
Weekly and Monthly Plans
Weekly and monthly plans are eligible for a refund only in the event of a verified technical issue on our side that prevents normal use of the Services. Examples include:
- Prolonged service outage exceeding our uptime commitment (99.9%)
- Systematic proxy failure across the network (not isolated target-specific blocks)
- Billing errors resulting in incorrect charges
If a refund is approved:
- If the plan was active and used for one day or less, we deduct the cost of one day's usage based on the daily rate and refund the remaining balance
- If the plan was active for more than one day, the refund is prorated based on unused time
What Is NOT Eligible for Refund
- Dissatisfaction with proxy performance on specific target websites (website-specific blocks are not a service failure — different proxy types or products may work better)
- Failure to use the Services during the plan period
- Account termination due to Acceptable Use Policy violations
- Change of mind after purchase

We aim to process refund requests within 3 business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.
Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting our support team, your account will be immediately suspended. We encourage you to contact us directly — we're available 24/7 and resolve most issues within 30 minutes.
