TrueProxies is a residential and datacenter proxy service. Residential IPv4 GB-based publishes 50M+ addresses across 150+ countries. Unlimited uses a separate 16M+ worldwide pool. We also offer Datacenter IPv6, with private /48 allocations in one city per subscription. Residential IPv6 is not yet available to order; you can join the waitlist. All products support HTTP, HTTPS, and SOCKS5, while location and session controls vary by product.

Every residential IP in our pool comes from opt-in, consent-based networks. We do not source IPs from botnets, malware, or browser extensions that harvest bandwidth without user knowledge.

Yes. Verify your email and start your trial: 1 hour of Residential IPv4 Unlimited at 10 Mbps, with unlimited traffic. Your username and password appear on your service in the dashboard as soon as you start the trial.

All TrueProxies products support HTTP, HTTPS and SOCKS5. On paid Unlimited Bandwidth plans and traffic packs, SOCKS5 also carries UDP over SOCKS5 to ports 443 and 53. Connect with a username and password, or add a trusted IP to connect without one.

Yes, as UDP over SOCKS5. Your SOCKS5 proxy carries UDP to ports 443 and 53, which covers QUIC and HTTP/3 traffic and DNS lookups, with the same host, port and login as TCP. It is included on every paid Unlimited Bandwidth plan and traffic pack, not on the Free trial or Datacenter IPv6. Keep packets at 1,400 bytes or less, and note that a UDP connection closes after 60 seconds without traffic. HTTP and HTTPS proxies cannot carry UDP; that is true of every provider.

Unlimited bandwidth plans are priced by speed tier, measured in Mbps. You choose a speed level and get unlimited bandwidth at that speed for the plan duration. Plans are available hourly, daily, weekly, or monthly. The 10 Mbps tier starts at $4.08/hour.

GB-based plans charge by the amount of data you transfer through the proxy. You purchase a data allowance and use it at your own pace. This model works best for periodic tasks where usage varies. A 1 GB traffic pack costs $1.64, and larger traffic packs go down to $0.60/GB. Each traffic pack lasts 30 days from activation.

Yes. You can upgrade your plan speed or switch between products at any time by contacting support. We'll apply the change immediately and adjust billing accordingly.

Yes. For high-volume requirements or dedicated infrastructure, contact our sales team for a custom plan. If you sell proxies to your own customers, apply to the Reseller program instead: up to 15% off list prices, a prepaid wallet and managed customers.

Residential IPv4 Unlimited has hourly, daily, weekly, and monthly tiers. Residential IPv4 GB-based is monthly. Datacenter IPv6 has daily, 7-day, and monthly terms, starting at $3.99/day for 25 Mbps.

Residential IPv4 Unlimited and Datacenter IPv6 monthly tiers have lower effective rates than shorter durations. Compare the current product table or contact sales for a volume quote.

After signing up, you'll receive proxy credentials in your dashboard. Connect using your preferred method:

Yes. Residential IPv4 Unlimited supports country and city targeting; GB-based additionally supports region and ASN targeting. Datacenter IPv6 uses one city, chosen at checkout.

Sticky sessions keep one IP for a set time. Rotating sessions switch IP on each connection. Residential IPv4 offers both. Datacenter IPv6 rotates by default, with optional sticky sessions.

Measure latency with representative requests from the exit regions, protocols, destinations, and concurrency your workload uses. Record successful responses, retries, and percentile latency because a provider-wide average does not predict one target.

Yes. TrueProxies works with all major scraping and automation frameworks including Scrapy, Beautiful Soup, Puppeteer, Playwright, Selenium, and custom HTTP clients. Any tool that supports HTTP or SOCKS5 proxy configuration will work.

Concurrent connections aren't billed separately. Plans allow up to 3,000 connections (Datacenter IPv6: 3,000). Contact support before a large rollout if you need a workload-specific capacity check.

We accept Visa, Mastercard and crypto (including BTC, ETH and USDT). All payments are processed securely.

Hourly and daily plans, including Datacenter IPv6 daily passes, are non-refundable. Weekly and monthly plans, including Datacenter IPv6 7-day passes, and GB-based traffic packs are refunded if a verified issue on our side stops you using them. Contact support with the details.

For GB-based plans, unused data does not roll over to the next billing period. We recommend selecting a data tier that matches your expected usage. If you consistently use less than your allowance, consider a smaller tier.

No. Nothing is charged automatically. Before a plan ends, we send a renewal invoice: 15 minutes before for hourly plans, 12 hours before for daily plans, and 3 days before for weekly and monthly plans. Pay it to extend the plan from its current end date, or turn renewal invoices off in your dashboard to let the plan end on its own. GB-based traffic packs don't renew; add a top-up when you need more traffic.

Invoices are listed under Invoices in your dashboard. An invoice is created when you check out, before you pay. Unpaid invoices expire and nothing is owed; a purchase invoice expires 24 hours after it is created. You can download each invoice as a PDF.

Select Start trial to sign up, verify your email, and start it in your dashboard. Or choose a standard plan from pricing; its checkout shows the current account, verification, and payment steps.

After signing up, log in to your dashboard. Open Services, select your service, then open Username and password to see your username and proxy password. Your host and ports are there too, and you can change the proxy password there. Add or remove trusted IPs on the service's Trusted IPs tab.

Each account has one dashboard sign-in. To give an application or a teammate separate proxy access, open Services, choose the service, and use its Projects tab. Each project gets its own username and proxy password and an optional traffic budget; project traffic stops when the budget is used up. You can revoke a project's access without changing the main service password.

You can cancel any active plan from your dashboard at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then. No cancellation fees.
