A static proxy is designed as a longer-lived allocation. A sticky Residential IPv4 session requests the same assigned exit while available, while rotating requests use the base or explicit rotation username form and can repeat an exit.

Measure latency with representative requests from the exit regions, protocols, destinations, and concurrency your workload uses. Record successful responses, retries, and percentile latency because a provider-wide average does not predict one target.

Daily plans are non-refundable due to the exclusivity of proxy access. Weekly and monthly plans can be refunded in the event of a verified technical issue on our side. Do unused data credits roll over?
