We review applications usually within two business days and may ask for more information or identity checks.

Add money by card or crypto. Top-ups are $50 to $10,000 each, up to $5,000 a day.

Create a managed customer, buy a plan for them from your wallet, and give them their connection details.

A record for each of your customers, with their services, invoices and usage kept separate. They have no login and receive no email from us.

Create customers, buy and pay from the wallet and read usage with an API key. Add customer_id to act for one of your customers.

What you must do
Your customers are yours
- Support your own customers. Our Support helps you, not them.
- Prevent misuse. Our Acceptable Use Policy applies to everything your customers do through the services you buy.
- Complete identity or business verification when we ask for it.
- Do not sell to other resellers, and do not share credentials outside your own customers.

A hosted store on your own domain with your brand, your prices, branded proxy hostnames and card checkout. Register your interest from your account once the reseller program is active for you.

How big is the discount?
Up to 15% off list prices. The exact discount is agreed at approval and applies to every purchase and renewal for your managed customers. Your discount never takes an offer below its minimum price.
Is there a minimum spend?
There is no monthly commitment. Wallet top-ups are $50 to $10,000 each, and you can add up to $5,000 a day.
How do I pay?
You fund a prepaid wallet by card or crypto. Purchases and renewals for your customers are paid from the wallet. Refunds of wallet-paid invoices return to the wallet; the balance is not paid out.
Do my customers get TrueProxies accounts?
No. You create a managed customer record for each of them. It has no login and receives no email from us. You run their services from your account or through the API, and you handle their support.
Which products can I resell?
Residential IPv4 Unlimited by speed, residential IPv4 traffic packs and Datacenter IPv6, from the same catalog and at the same list prices as direct customers.
Is there an API?
Yes. API keys with the reseller permissions can create managed customers, buy and pay for them from the wallet and read their usage. The API reference is in your dashboard and in the docs.
Can I use my own brand?
Your customers use the connection details you give them; they never hear from us. The proxy hostnames are TrueProxies hostnames. A white-label store with your own domain, branded hostnames and checkout is coming soon.
How long does review take?
Usually within two business days. We may ask for more information. You can see the status of your application in your account at any time.
Can I sell to other resellers?
No. Selling to other resellers and sharing credentials outside your own customers are not allowed.
Will you ask for identity checks?
We may ask for identity or business verification before approval or later, and we screen applicants against sanctions lists. Applications from businesses that cannot complete verification are not approved.
