How to pay less for residential proxies

Buy traffic that does not expire

A low per-GB rate only saves money if you use what you bought. Several providers expire unused traffic or credits at the end of each billing cycle. Our traffic packs stay on your service until you use them, so a quiet month costs nothing.

Pay only for the targeting you use

If the country is the only location that matters, Lite is the cheapest option. Move to Standard when you need a region, a city or an ASN, and to Premium for US states by name or a session duration you set.

Measure before you buy a big pack

Page weight, retries and images decide how many GB a job uses. Run a sample on the free trial (1 hour at 10 Mbps, unlimited traffic, no card), then buy the pack size your numbers support.

Switch to unlimited when traffic is steady

A 10 Mbps unlimited plan moves up to 4.5 GB an hour at full speed. When a job runs all day, paying for speed and time usually costs less per GB than buying traffic. The calculator shows where the two cross for your volume.

Avoid monthly minimums you will not use

Some of the lowest published rates in the comparison above sit on plans that cost $2,000 to $3,000 a month. If your volume is smaller or uneven, a pack you buy once is cheaper than a plan you renew.

Cheap residential proxies FAQ

Which residential proxy provider is the cheapest?

It depends on volume. At 1 GB, Residential IPv4 Lite at $0.50 is the lowest entry price in the comparison on this page. At very high volume, SOAX lists $0.35/GB for tier 3 countries on its $3,000 a month Enterprise plan, which is below Lite's $0.45/GB. Prices were checked on November 6, 2026.

What is the cheapest residential proxy per GB?

On TrueProxies it is Residential IPv4 Lite: $0.45/GB on the 1,000 GB pack ($450.00), and $0.50 for a single GB. Standard goes down to $0.60/GB on 5,000 GB and adds city, region and ASN targeting.

Does cheap residential proxy traffic expire?

Ours does not: traffic packs stay on your service until you use them, and each top-up adds to the same service. Check the expiry column in the comparison before you compare per-GB rates; an expiring credit can cost more than a higher rate that keeps.

What do you give up with the cheapest plan?

Lite targets by country only, and it carries TCP over HTTP, HTTPS and SOCKS5 without UDP. It uses the same hosts, ports and Proxy setup as Standard and Premium, and support is the same 24/7 team, so moving up later needs no code changes.

Where can I get free residential proxies?

Free public proxy lists are shared, unvetted and often already blocked. To test residential proxies at no cost, the free trial gives you 1 hour at 10 Mbps with unlimited traffic and no card.

Can I pay for cheap residential proxies with crypto?

Yes. Checkout takes Visa, Mastercard and crypto (including BTC, ETH and USDT), and GB bought with crypto never expires either.

What are the cheapest ISP proxies?

Static ISP: static IPv4 addresses on named internet providers from $0.99 a day, $1.79 a week or $2.69 a month per IP, with no minimum order. Each IP is used by one customer for the term.
