Affiliate program terms

The affiliate program is run by TrueProxies, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (file number 10766986), with its address at 131 Continental Dr, Suite 305, Newark, DE 19713, United States ("TrueProxies", "we", "us").

These terms add to our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Acceptable Use Policy and Refund Policy, which continue to apply to you and your TrueProxies account. Where these terms and the Terms of Service differ about the affiliate program, these terms apply.

This is version 2026-09-30 of these terms.

Anyone with a TrueProxies account and a verified email address can join the affiliate program from the Affiliate page in the dashboard. You accept these terms when you join.

When you join, you get a referral code and a referral link. Adding ?ref= followed by your referral code to any trueproxies.com link works the same as your referral link.

• A referral counts when someone opens your referral link and then creates a new TrueProxies account in the same browser within 30 days. If they opened more than one referral link, the first one they visited counts.
• An account can be linked to an affiliate only once, within 7 days of its creation and before its first paid invoice. Existing customers can't be referred.
• Once an account is linked to you, it stays linked. We don't move referred accounts between affiliates.
• A different device or blocked browser storage can prevent a referral from being recorded.
• You can change your referral code at most once every 30 days. Links with your old code stop working 30 days after the change.

You earn a commission at a commission rate of 20% on every eligible payment made by an account you referred (a "referred account"), for as long as the referred account remains a TrueProxies customer, subject to these terms. There is no cap on your earnings.

An eligible payment is a card or crypto payment by a referred account for a plan, renewal or top-up, counted up to the invoice amount. These payments are not eligible payments:

• Your own payments
• The free trial
• Wallet payments
• Adjustments (invoices we raise by hand)
• White-label store orders
• Payments by reseller accounts and their customers
• Payments made while the affiliate program is unavailable

Each commission has a commission hold of 30 days before it can be approved. In your dashboard, a commission shows as Pending hold, Under review, Approved, Paid or Void.

We check suspicious referrals before approval, for example an account created on the same network as yours, an account with a disposable email address, or a disputed payment.

If a referred account receives a refund, or we lose a payment dispute about one of its payments, we create a refund deduction. If the commission on that payment was already paid to you, the refund deduction is taken from your later earnings.

• Payouts open once per calendar month when your approved earnings reach the payout minimum of $50. Below the payout minimum, your earnings carry forward. We send payouts by hand.
• The payout methods are PayPal, USDT (TRC20) and bank transfer. All payouts are in USD.
• We pay the fees for sending a payout. You pay any fees for receiving it or converting it to another currency.
• New payout details can be used for payouts 7 days after you save them.
• You must give accurate payout details and keep them up to date.
• Before we pay you, we may ask for a tax form (W-9, W-8BEN or W-8BEN-E) and information to confirm your identity.
• We can't pay anyone, or send payouts to any place, subject to US sanctions.
• USDT payouts are recorded on the public TRON blockchain.

You are responsible for reporting and paying any taxes that apply to your earnings.

Wherever you share your referral link or promote TrueProxies, you must clearly disclose that you are a TrueProxies affiliate and may earn a commission. You must not:

• Refer yourself or use duplicate accounts
• Bid on TrueProxies or misspellings of it in paid search, or run ads that link straight to trueproxies.com or look like ours
• Send spam in email, messages, comments or forums
• Pay or reward people to sign up
• List us on coupon, cashback or deal sites without our written approval
• Use cookie stuffing, forced clicks, hidden frames or misleading redirects
• Make false or unverifiable claims about TrueProxies. Use the facts published on trueproxies.com
• Promote any use that our Acceptable Use Policy prohibits
• Use our marks in domain names, app names or social media handles

While you take part in the affiliate program, you may use the TrueProxies name to refer people to us as these terms allow. Don't alter our name or logo, suggest that we endorse you, or present yourself as TrueProxies. This permission ends when you leave the affiliate program or your affiliate account is closed.

We may change these terms or the commission rate. Before a change takes effect, we email you and state the date it takes effect. The change applies to payments made on or after that date. If you don't accept a change, you can leave the affiliate program before it takes effect.

• The affiliate program may be unavailable at times. Payments made while it is unavailable don't earn a commission.
• You can leave the affiliate program at any time. If you leave, or we end the affiliate program for a reason other than a breach of these terms, we pay your approved earnings in a final payout if they are at or above the payout minimum.
• If you breach these terms, we may close your affiliate account. Unpaid commissions on a closed affiliate account are void.

You see referred accounts only as account references (ACC-number) with payment dates and amounts, never names or email addresses. Don't try to identify the people behind referred accounts. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data.

You take part in the affiliate program as an independent contractor. These terms don't make you our employee, agent, partner or joint venturer, and you can't make commitments on our behalf.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for anything relating to the affiliate program or these terms is limited to the commissions we owe you and have not yet paid.

These terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or the affiliate program (including non-contractual disputes or claims), are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. The state and federal courts located in Delaware have exclusive jurisdiction over any such dispute or claim, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
